Questions & policies

  • Can I order fewer than 6?

    Quantities of 6, 12 and 24 are offered publicly. If you need fewer than 6, or more than 24, choose “Other” and tell me the amount — it is quoted for you rather than priced automatically.

  • How long does my order take?

    Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after design approval.

  • How do payments work?

    Orders under $100 require full payment to begin. Orders $100+ require a 50% deposit. Remaining balance is due before pickup/shipping/fulfillment.

  • Do you offer rush orders?

    Rush orders needed in under 48 hours may be available for a 25% rush fee. Rush availability is not guaranteed.

  • Do you ship?

    Yes. U.S. shipping is available. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and calculated separately.

  • Do you offer local pickup?

    Yes. Atlanta-area pickup is available. Pickup details are provided after confirmation.

  • Can I order something not listed?

    Yes. Customers can select Other / Custom Request.

  • How many revisions are included?

    Qualifying product orders include 1 coordinated custom design and 2 complimentary revisions. Additional revisions start at +$15 and a separate design concept starts at +$20.

  • When does production begin?

    Production begins after required payment/deposit and final design approval.

  • Is my estimate my final price?

    No. It is an approximate estimate. Final pricing is confirmed after the inquiry is reviewed.

Order policies

Order inquiries

  • Submitting the form is an inquiry. It does not guarantee acceptance, availability or final pricing.
  • Every request is reviewed personally, and you receive confirmed pricing before anything is due.
  • Your order is confirmed once the request is approved and the required payment or deposit is received.

Design & proofs

  • Qualifying custom-product orders include one coordinated design or theme and two complimentary revisions.
  • You approve your proof before anything goes into production.
  • Changes requested after final design approval may add cost and may affect your turnaround.
  • Additional revisions start at +$15. A separate, unrelated design concept starts at +$20.
  • Advanced work such as photo editing, restoration or compositing is quoted individually.

Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after design approval, counted from required payment and design approval.
  • Turnaround can vary with order size, product availability, sourcing, complexity and current workload.
  • Your event date and needed-by date are collected with your inquiry so timing is planned around them.

Rush orders

  • Orders needed in under 48 hours may incur a 25% rush fee.
  • Rush service depends on availability. Selecting rush requests it — it does not guarantee acceptance.
  • If a rush date cannot be met, you are told before any payment is taken.

Payment

  • Orders under $100: payment in full to begin.
  • Orders $100 and over: a 50% deposit to begin.
  • The remaining balance is due before pickup, shipping or final fulfillment.
  • Preferred payment methods currently include Invoice, Apple Pay, Zelle and Cash App. Choosing Invoice adds a $13.50 fee.
  • No payment details are collected on this site. Payment instructions follow once your order is reviewed.

Pickup & shipping

  • Atlanta-area pickup is available. Pickup details are provided after order confirmation.
  • Shipping is available throughout the U.S. and is paid by the customer.
  • Shipping cost is confirmed separately, and shipping time is in addition to production turnaround.

Cancellation & refunds

  • Everything made here is personalized and produced specifically for you, so custom orders carry different cancellation terms than off-the-shelf products.
  • Once materials or products have been purchased for your order, personalized production has started, or a design has been approved, the payments tied to that completed work are generally non-refundable.
  • There are no refunds after final design approval.
  • If you need to cancel before production or material commitment, reach out — the request is reviewed against the work already done and the costs already incurred, and handled as fairly as possible. A refund is not automatic.
